The italian driver scored  a sixth position in Round 1 – KRS Open Series Final.

The racing season of the italian driver Luca Bosco is keep going in the right way and a new confirm came from the last racing week end in which the Baby Race driver attended the Round 1 of the KRS Open Series organized by WSK at Adria Karting Raceway. The grownth of the young karting driver is, day by day, even better and the second part of the season is showing how mach he can be competitive in a such professional series too. The racing week end started perfectly with Luca Bosco very quick since the free practice sessions in which he was able to finish always in the TOP 10 position of the 60 Mini category.

After the great results achieved during the free practice sessions, Bosco started the Qualifying session very determinated to set a very good lap time, but he was not able to get the “perfect lap” scoring the 24th position, just 4 tenths behind the leader Stanek. After that, Bosco attended the 3 qualifying heats in which he was very tought and determinated to gain positions. At the end he scored a 10th, a 5th and a 6th position overall which gave him the chance to start in the Pre Final on 6th position on the grid. In the Pre Final Bosco started very well gaining quickly the 4th position before slowing down and taking the chequered flag on 9th position. In the Final Bosco started in 9th row (17th position) but he was really fast since the red lights turned off. Lap by Lap, the italian driver overtook a lot of drivers finishing the Final in a very great 5th position overall, eleven position better then the start position.

Luca Bosco: “I’am so happy for my result cause is never easy to fight against almost 60 competitors, especially in a kind of track as Adria so technical and fast. It was a shame to not be able to be a bit more in the front during the qualy in order to have a better start in the Heats. The Final was very intense and i liked a lot the great overtakes i made. Thak you to anyone supported me.”

Luca Bosco will race on more this week end at Adria Karting Raceway attending the third race of the Italian Karting Championship calendar.
